NACA Selects Cluestream to Develop Intranet-Based IVR Transcriber
Boston, MA (Apr 10, 2003):
The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) has selected Cluestream to develop an intranet-based transcription system for their telephone interactive voice response system.

This system will replace and augment an aging Microsoft Access based system currently in use at NACA. The new system will leverage modern Internet-oriented components like Microsoft Active Server Pages and Windows Media Player.

NACA is a nonprofit corporation whose goal is to stabilize neighborhoods and maximize homeownership opportunities for working people and families. Rob Heittman, Cluestream Managing Partner, said, "We are very proud to be working with one of the nation's leading community advocacy organizations."
